
First, we would like to say thank you for considering Winmills Mercantile for your next fundraiser. We also welcome bulk orders for other events such as baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, weddings, employment events, and more. Scheduling
We can only accommodate for a limited number of fundraisers per month. Please keep in mind that we are a small business. At this time, we can fulfill apple orders up to 500 and dips up to 1,200. Please contact us as soon as possible when considering us for your next fundraiser.
Pricing
We discount our apples to $8.00 each and suggest that you sell them for $12.00 each, but you are free to attach any price you wish. The dips are discounted to $4.00 each and we suggest that you sell that for our retail price of $6.00 each and do not group them together for a discount. (Such as 3 for $X or 5 for $X) Again, you are free to attach any price you wish.
Handling Orders
You are responsible for taking orders for your fundraiser and collecting payment. You are also responsible for creating your own fundraising form. The form must include our name and a list of flavors. Please only choose 4-5 flavors from our apple list as this helps keep costs down and allows us to offer the apples to you at a discount. All flavors of dip mixes may be included on your order form. We also suggest adding a due date for the order forms to be returned to you and a date that the apples/dips will be delivered. The order form and payment will be turned over to us so that we can begin fulfilling your order. Please supply us with one check for all of the orders combined, you may also use cash, Venmo or a credit card*. Apples will be packaged in cellophane bags and secured with twine and labels. Dip mixes are individually wrapped and labeled.
*Cards will be charged an additional 3%.
Completing Order
Please provide the date you plan to turn in your order and the date you need the order completed. We need approximately 10 days to complete your order from the date your order form is submitted to purchase inventory and make the products. Please let us know if you are anticipating a very large turnout for your fundraiser, as we may need additional time to prepare your order.
Delivery of Order
Depending on your location, most orders can be delivered to you. Please inquire prior to starting your fundraiser if you are outside of our area and if there is an additional fee. Products will be delivered individually wrapped and you are responsible for distribution. If there are any problems, please contact us immediately so that we can address and make corrections in a timely manner.
